The beautiful Migdalor worked great in every aspect except the wine field. After intense work, we cracked the target audience, re-wrote the new wine menu, combining vibe and music, trained & guided the staff, worked on a better work flow with the managers and in two months the wine sales tripled themselves. A live example of a “blitz” project that made a huge difference.

Dalton winery

Social media. No, we don't usually offer that service, but after joint work with the winery’s owners, a strong connection was formed. This strong connection took us a marketing journey. We manage the winery’s Instagram & Meta pages and work together behind the scenes.

Tziona Cafe

A well established institution that runs for years. The wine menu needed a refreshing “touch up”. We tasted, added, fixed and wrote a new and exciting wine menu that was there for the long run. We wrote the Wine guidelines and agenda, Trained the staff that transformed from an easy familiar place to a curious service oriented work.

Joz ve Loz (Gvulot)

2017 - 2020 ongoing consistent wine fairy work. We built and wrote a wine menu that deconstructs the classic familiar template, to a new menu that categorizes wine by vibe and wine personality. We created a new language, new menu, established long term relationships with importers & wineries, big or small, Pricing, in depth wine training for the floor and kitchen staff.
When The restaurant transformed into a “non menu” concept we built a very long process of creating an efficient wine menu and service relying on staff alone. The staff became the only realtor between the guests and the wine itself, learning a new complex and personalized language while hosting and explaining about the wine and creating a wine flow experience. While guiding and creating the new experience we created winemaker nights, and content evenings with importers and wine professionals.
